This is a nice route of about an hour and a half. It follows mostly open fields, as well as a section along the river and then a tiny bit of woodland on the way back. There is no road walking, and when we walked (December) there was no livestock, but there could be cows at certain times of the year. It was mega muddy in December, and one of the sections was quite steep downhill so take care here - there are foot ridges though so it’s doable if you’re careful! You can park in a lay by just by Hanham Court on Ferry Road. Loads of footpaths around here for varied routes.
